Privacy notice

What happens to the data you leave on this site.

This is a courtesy translation. The Polish version is the binding one.

Who is responsible

The controller is aiAdaptiv. For anything about personal data, write to kacper@aiadaptiv.com — we answer every message, not only formal requests.

This notice covers this website. If your property already uses the assistant, guest messages are processed on your instructions under a separate data processing agreement, which is a different set of rules from the ones below.

The enquiry form

This is the only place on the site where you leave any data. We process what you type: property name, city, contact, and your message.

An enquiry goes to our inbox and nowhere else. This site has no database, so nothing from the form is stored here. The basis is steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and if no contract follows we delete the correspondence after 12 months.

If you leave an email address we send one confirmation that the enquiry arrived. That is a reply to your message, not a newsletter — you are not added to any list and nothing else follows.

The demo

A demo conversation is sent to Google (Gemini) to generate a reply. The demo answers from a fictional property, never from a customer’s data.

The questions you type into the phone reach our inbox. Once an hour we email ourselves a summary listing them, with the language of the page. We want to know what people actually ask, because it is the only signal this page gives us about what an assistant is expected to do. It carries no IP address and nothing that ties a question to a person, and there is no database — the questions live in an email inbox until we delete them. Basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Do not type personal data into the demo — yours or anyone else’s. There is no reason to, and pulling a single question back out of an email archive is awkward.

You can paste your own property information to see how the assistant answers from it. That text goes nowhere but the one request to Gemini and never reaches our inbox — it exists for that request alone and is gone when you close the page.

Your IP address sits in the server’s memory for a minute so that one source cannot flood the demo. It is not written to disk and never linked to a form submission.

What the site keeps in your browser

Two things, both strictly necessary under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive — meaning they do not require consent:

  • `aiadaptiv-lang` — the language you chose, as a cookie, 12 months. A cookie rather than `localStorage` because the server picks your language before the page renders, and it cannot read `localStorage`;
  • `aiadaptiv-consent` — your choice on the bar at the bottom, in `localStorage`, so we stop asking.

There is no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie. There is no sign-in and no checkout, so there are no session cookies. There is anonymous visit measurement, described below.

Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes both and breaks nothing; the site simply detects your browser language again.

Visit measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It stores nothing in your browser — no cookie and no identifier that could recognise you on a later visit or on another site.

What it collects is aggregate: the page address, where the visit came from, country, device and browser type. We do not build profiles, and none of it can be traced back to a particular person.

Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — we want to know whether this page works at all as a sales tool. Because nothing is written to your device, Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive does not require consent here. You can object at the address below.

Who we share data with

Three providers, each narrowly:

CompanyWhat forWhere
Vercelwebsite hosting and visit measurementEU
Google (Gemini API)replies in the demoEU / US
Resendsending the form emailsEU / US

Transfers outside the EEA rely on standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to kacper@aiadaptiv.com and we answer within 30 days.

In practice, for a form enquiry, "erasure" means deleting an email thread. There is no database to remove you from.

You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO (uodo.gov.pl), if you believe we are processing data unlawfully.

Changes

The date under the title is when this last changed. If something material changes — a new provider, a new purpose — we update that date and describe it here before it takes effect.
